"A perfect stop on your way to or from Narita airport. If your flight arrives late or leaves very early this is a great way to reduce travel stress. Most flights from Australia arrive in the evening so staying here instead of travelling on further makes things SO much easier especially with kids. The staff here are wonderful and helpful. There are plenty of great dining options within a short walk."

"Location is good. There is convenient free shuttle service to the airport for you to take day trips to Tokyo using the train services. Service was always excellent and the staff spoke English well so I didn't have to struggle with my Japanese all the time. Shuttle to the AEON Mall was nice but the bus is small and was always very crowded. Facilities were nice although the furniture in the rooms were starting to look a little beat up. I would stay here again for the same price we paid. Any more expensive and I might look for another hotel. "
