"The staff at this property are unbelievable. They go out of their way for you. The hotel has pretty much ski in, with access to the chair lift right outside the front door. Dinner is amazing, breakfast is not as good, but has plenty on offer with fruits, hot and cold options. "Lovely quiet little hotel. Owners/staff are super friendly and helpful, and the meals were phenomenal. They were able to prepare these Japanese meals as vegetarian which was great. The onsen on the lower level was great to come home to at the end of each day skiing. It’s easy to get up to nearby Escal Plaza in a free shuttle, and from there you can get the valley shuttles to the other fields.
