"Although the hotel was beautifully located overlooking the bay with stunning vistas, there was no hot water , air conditioning or working heating and the beds were very hard and outdated. Pillows were old and clumpy and during the rain the room and the hallway were inundated by rain water. No TV"

Guido’s knowledge of the island was very helpful in planning our 10 days in Ischia. They booked our boat tour for us. If we came again we would definitely pay for the dinner half board package because we regretted not choosing it. "

"Everything was good. Only negative taxis cannot go directly up to hotel. Taxi Driver will call you a electric car to pick you up and bring you directly up to hotel"

The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good with multiple choices of both hot and cold foods and drinks, the room was comfortable and clean with air-conditioning. "Hotel and beach are very relaxing and the staff is very nice. To get around its either up and down very big hills or you have to call down for a golf cart to go into town. We thought it was a little more walkable than it is. If you are looking for a quiet getaway- this place would be perfect. "

Giovanni, Antonio, Marco, Salvatore, and Luciena (apologies for missed names) were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or ensuring my room was perfectly prepared, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Their personalized approach made me feel truly valued and added a special touch to my stay. In fact, I extended my stay because I just didn’t want to leave this wonderful place. "
