"George was excellent operating the hotel and made our experience alot better. The property is in a great location, eqsy parking nearby and excellent dining options nearby. I did not eat at hotel for breakfast, but found great options at nearby beach and back street, excellent Greek breakfast. If we returned to area, we would definitely stay a the Chatsworth hotel again and recommend others to do so."

"What a treasure Rye has with The George. Extremely well located, about a 10 minute walk (albeit some uphill) from the station parking, a lovely old building that's in good condition. We went at low season so Rye was quiet (great for us, albeit some businesses were closed for staff vacations...not a problem), and very walkable. We enjoyed several small pubs which felt very cosy and welcoming in the cooler nights. Strongly recommended. "

"The outside of the hotel was gorgeous, I even got confused if we were in the right place 😂. But the inside was wonderful, reminded me of the Titanic. The hotel has an indoor pool, spa, sauna, jacuzzi and a gym. The double room we got was spacious and we loved the toilet. And the staff was really helpful."

"Friendly staff and great service. The beds are comfy and the rooms surprisingly large and airy. We ate dinner in the restaurant and had breakfast, both of which were lovely."

"I frequently visit Eastbourne,it is my Autistic sons favourite destination on the south coast ,we have stayed at dozens of hotels and establishments all around Eastbourne,the Burlington Hotel was 1 that we had not visited ,we have now stayed 2 times in April ,the staff on the reception are some of the best ,very friendly and helpful ,we would highly recommend a stay at the Burlington "

"First time staying in this hotel stayed in many hotels in Eastbourne and can honestly say this one was the best friendly staff and lovely room shame it was for one night but definitely will be staying there again "
