"Both the exterior and interior are absolutely beautiful. Staff are extremely warm and helpful. The food in the restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced for london; they were also accommodating for allergies. Despite it being so central, all we could hear overnight and in the morning was birdsong! The room seemed clean, apart from a very questionable patch of dried liquid on the chair, and some milk past its best in the fridge. Overall a lovely stay"

"I only stayed for a few hours awaiting a very early flight, so did not require much in way of service. As a disabled person I was delighted to find a chair with adjustable height. Very rare i deed. The size of the hotel was not kind to my knees, but I couldn't blame the hotel for that. It would mean that I would not wish to be a long term guest though."

"Quite honestly couldn't be more impressed, we were due to fly early today (21st March!) and stayed the night here, woke at 5AM to find our flight cancelled and ourselves stranded. The hotel manager was extremely courteous of everyone who was stuck and offered us food/drink as by the time we had made contact with the airline and confirmed we could not travel we had found ourselves stranded as no trains/buses route home. "Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. "Stayed for 2 nights. Everything was great! Ricky is very caring and friendly - shared a couple of local places that were really good. Appliances, furniture and heating are spotless! Especially mattress! Definitely will stay again! Thanks!"
