"The property is as advertised, and the location is ground floor. Its not quite on the beach, its one level above, which is fine. The owner is extremely attentive, and needed to be to address a few issues, which he immediately did. The room is large, but the owner has quite a bit of oversized furniture in it. The owner is well intentioned of course, but is no dresser so both my wife and I piled clothing on the floor. There is a small, short closet in the bathroom, so her dresses were bunched up...

"My family and my brother’s family stayed here for a couple of nights to enjoy the beach. It was exactly as advertised. We absolutely loved the place and would most definitely stay here again!!"

"While the original property was unfortunately a late scratch due to a plumbing issue, got another property at the same location that same morning as we arrived. Communication was excellent, the room was good, and the location for being in the midst of Palm Beach was perfect. Grocery store across the street, lots of great restaurants. Just keep in mind that Palm Beach is an expensive place if you go, but the room and management was everything I expected. No disappointments!"

"The Marriott Singer Island is a beautiful beach-front property. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our one-bedroom condo 'suite' which was very clean, comfortable, and had a nice view of the resort's lagoon pool from our balcony. Communication with the property manager was smooth as was the check-in process. Would definitely consider staying here again!"
