"I loved this location and the walkability to near by coffee shop and restaurants. A few personal preferences, I would have loved blackout curtains on the windows, especially over the door window where the sun comes in directly on the bed pillows in the morning. While I appreciated the lower cleaning fee, I would have preferred to know that I was expected on taking the trash out to the alley at check out. I felt like I was sneaking around the yard to find how to access the alley to find the trash...

He was attentive and set up fans to help cool the bedrooms as the condo has one window unit AC and it was unable to cool all rooms, given we were in a very hot July in Boulder. He delivered chairs for the ground floor patio, small trash bins for bedrooms and bathrooms, blackout curtains, and came over ASAP to troubleshoot the internet connection. "We spent 5 weeks here in Boulder. The unit is great for 2 people with fully equipped kitchen, living room area with giant tv, and a nice king bed. Great location in walking distance to Pearl Street Mall in one direction and Peoples Crossing Park, trails and Boulder Creek in the other. Had a few very minor glitches when we first arrived- hosts were great with communicating and getting everything fixed immediately!"

"The location was perfect for my purpose of being with family in Boulder. However, as a person well beyond graduate school age, I was disappointed with this space. The host will say that I was not happy before I moved in, and she would be correct. The abandoned cars, motorcycles and bicycles in the parking lot were not a welcoming impression. (Nor was the wafting of cannabis in the common entryway.) The overgrown tennis court was not playable - likely for years - making the property description...
