"The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. "I was here 70 days. September through December. To begin with I arrive on a cold winter day and the heat was out. The communication with the manager was awful and took me all night to figure out why the heat didn't work, turns out it was because the boiler was out and took 3 days for it to be fixed. It was 50° at night in September when I arrived. The house was also very dirty all the appliances did not work very well or were extremely noisy. "Short 15 minute drive to campus, but out of the crowds and outrageous prices in Boulder proper. Louisville is a cute little town with coffee, restaurants ,etc all within walking distance. Apartment was comfortable and all I needed for a short stay with no need to cook myself, although there is a small fridge, microwave, and tea kettle if needed. Great outdoor space for soaking up some CO sun. Beautiful gardens. Really great. "

"I booked the property as a backup plan for Thanksgiving with our family who are in the middle of a kitchen remodel in Longmont. As it turned out, construction was finished before our arrival. Nevertheless, we enjoyed having the privacy of a getaway and a place to stage Christmas gift wrapping without dodging questions from the grandkids. The apartment was immaculate, checkin was a breeze, and we had all we needed for a restful stay. Highly recommend!"
