"Loved the location and the fact that the airport bus stops right outside the hotel entrance. The subway exit is also right by the hotel, making it very accessible via public transport. It is vey close to pick up points (DDP) for local & day tours. Ice is available from the basement. It’s good that we could use the microwave too. Lots of good food and shopping around the vicinity. Markets are all within walking distance. Would not mind staying here again. "

"The hotel is brand new and very clean. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful - on more than one occasion. Their hospitality was incredible and they made us feel safe and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel especially for first time visitors to Korea. We would like to give a special shoutout to - Seung Yeon Jung, Liliana, and Min Chul Kim. "

"Hotel was clean but a bit dated. Some of power plugs in the room were not working and bidet did not work on the morning of the last day, just before checking out. "

"Overall experience was great! Good location, walkable from the station and very young lively vibe of hotel. Many people work at the hobby so beware of that if you want to save your seat. There’s a cafe in the same building and their coffee is great. Room condition was clean and everything was good. Had a good experience with local stitch, would like to visit again"

"I had a wonderful stay at Lotte Seoul. From the suburb customer service, to delicious food, a metro stop right outside, and easy access to a high end food court, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel in Seoul. The twin double is very comfortable with a large soaking tub, bathrobes, and a Totte bidet. I will definitely come back in the future. "
