"Very clean and modern, amazing/comfortable beds, almost all the beds were queens and plenty of space for all. The hot tub was amazing and perfect temperature. Our host who lives right next door, was very nice and gracious, gave us a tour of her stable and even gave us some of her milk and cereal for the kids. "This property, the traditional modeled modern version of an Icelandic house they built on it, its distance to both Reykjavík and Borgarnes worked for us. We caught northern lights nightly from the patio, walked the beach at low tide all in total privacy. Bara Borgarnes for dinner we had to repeat was less than a 10 min easy drive when weather was less distance friendly. The drive to Reykjavík typically took us 45 mins.
