"Enjoyable stay for a couple of nights. Great food, both dinner and breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. There isn't a single right angle or level floor in the inn but that just adds to its charm. Hot water takes an age to come through in the bathroom but there is sign to that effect. Would stay again."

"Friendly staff but disappointed overall. There was a large window with new curtains and carpet. There was a new toilet, sink and radiator in the bathroom. But it was small and the shower itself let the place down. They have overlooked some of the basics including decent beds without headboard and gap at the end to lose your pillows.Filling the kettle at the sink was near impossible as it didn’t fit under the tap."

"This was our second time staying with Martin and Jane and it was just as great second time around. We had the large sea view room again and it was perfect. Breakfast was yummy. We will be back. "

"The property was ok but the area was not great inside the property all night the neighbours in the property was shouting and making noise all night I did not get any sleep One of the worst night I stayed somewhere Did not feel safe leaving room as so much shouting from other rooms "

"Nice room, neat and well equipped. A bedside lamp would be nice. Also, the site says parking is £8 but the charge is £10. But good for an early Gatwick flight. "
