"The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was professional and helpful. My only complaint was the noise level, which is somewhat to be expected in any hotel... the people in the adjoining room behind my bed were talking loudly at 11:45pm, and at about 3am I was awakened by staff pounding on a door across the hallway, then asking the occupants if they had water leaking in their room. All of that was loud enough for me to hear through my doors/walls and wake me up. But everything...
