"The bunkhouse was really nice. One problem was communication. At that address there were 4 little houses. No way to know which one you rented. We had to try our code on all four to figure out which one was ours. We tried to call owner but his mailbox was full so couldn’t even leave message."

"Cottage by the River is a super nice place right on the river! This is our second time staying here. There are 2 individual cottages in one building. The one we stayed in this time is small but perfect for 2 people. Very cozy with a fireplace. There is also several outdoor areas to sit and enjoy wildlife. A group of deer visited Avery day. There were quite a few different birds also. Will definitely come back. "

"A hidden gem, so peaceful, beautiful… The hostess was so kind and made our stay lovely with her homemade cinnamon rolls. There are friendly animals to feed and enjoy, as well as a beautifully decorated property that shows the love that has been put into it. The chapel is perfection and a great spot to meditate. Highly recommend, as this place is so comfortable and calming. "

"This little gem has a wonderful, comfy, king size bed. Cute farm house decor. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. We enjoyed sunset walks on the River Trail with entrance located directly accross the street. Fenced back yard for pups. I would have given a five star rating if not for the multiple step ups and steps downs inside the house. I would not be able to bring my dad to this house. I tripped going from the kitched into hallway. For the agile, this house is perfect."

"Everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. The water was perfect. Since we are all Epic swimmers even the 4-year-old and a 3-year-old enjoyed jumping off the floating dock it was perfect. The brought our own patio lights for the patio we hung them and it was perfect for evening games outside on the patio. Like I said the place could use a little upkeep and maintenance But all in all it was a wonderful place to spend a long weekend "
