"Wonderful 10 night stay at this charming seaside location. Accommodations were excellent with large well appointed rooms thoughtfully supplied with everything you could need to feel right at home. Check-in was a breeze with the detailed instructions we received. Our gracious host provided muffins, orange juice, milk, coffee and more getting our visit off to a great start, and she even offered to supply any other items we might need during our stay (we couldn’t think of any). "Nice and spacious unit. Had one big issue. The smoke detector was missing in master bedroom. So we had to sleep in guest room. This is a violation of vrbo policy, building policy and the city building department fire code violation. Not happy about this. This should NEVER happen. "

"This is an old triplex building. As such, everything in the apartment is crooked and uneven - the stairs, floors, and walls. It is 5-below and garage sale appointed.It was clean - so clean the smell of pine sole was overwhelming for the entire stay. Plenty of towels. But bring your own pillows and blankets because what’s there is low quality.Good communication with manager.Neighborhood is low-income. Police activity kept us awake at night. The surrounding streets had thrown trash."

"The apartment was very clean and is located in a prime spot in quincy center. Only a couple minutes off the highway if you want to head north into boston or south down to cape cod. We were also only a few minutes from the famous and beautiful granite links golf course. Check in was straight forward and easy. Would recommend snd would book again in the future"

"We stayed in town for a wedding, and we had a beautiful stay. The unit was clean and modern, and the area is so cute- very walkable, and included parking was a huge plus. The only downside was the noise coming from the rooftop restaurant and the pedestrian traffic from the streets."

"The place was nice and clean. It is an addition to someone’s home so you can hear them through the walls which is slightly annoying since I woken up by it. We were really nervous to make noise and disturb them so it did not feel private. Kitchen is just as it shows in the listing and there is coffee and a mini fridge. All you need if you don’t cook. You need to wash dishes and mugs in the bathroom sink. Polite owners. "

"They had minimal furniture. They provided minimal plates and bowls. The sliding glass door in the living room area didn’t have any blinds or shades and the sun was glaring in at you so it made it uncomfortable. The blinds in the bedrooms were made of paper. They only provided one kitchen trash liner for the week. "
