"The breakfast buffet was pretty good, and the pool looked cool. Besides that, the rest of the hotel was only ok. There was pretty much no room cleaning service, which I actually usually prefer, but in this case I would have preferred to have my waste can emptied daily since you weren't supposed to throw toilet paper down the toilet (this may be a Buzios-wide limitation). Location was good for me since I had a conference at the nearby conference center, but this place isn't close to the city...

"Modern and spacious apartment in good area (lots of great places and beaches walking distance). There is no reception / front desk so the service was disappointing - getting there needed coordination which was difficult at best (to get keys etc), we didn’t have sheets for one of the beds and texted them around 6pm and they told us it wouldn’t be possible to bring them that day. "Very charming place with a homy atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We felt very welcomed and really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended."

"Room was disgusting, there were dead bugs everywhere and paint completely peeling off doors. There was possible bed bugs - overall I would never recommend this this place and thankful we only stayed 1 night. I was quite disgusted the entire duration and was almost too scared to sleep due to possibility of bed bugs!!!"
