"Modern and spacious apartment in good area (lots of great places and beaches walking distance). There is no reception / front desk so the service was disappointing - getting there needed coordination which was difficult at best (to get keys etc), we didn’t have sheets for one of the beds and texted them around 6pm and they told us it wouldn’t be possible to bring them that day. "Great location short walking distance to restaurants & shops. Incredible view from pool area (and from some rooms). Comfortable bed. Safe in one of our rooms was inoperable. Shower heads spray more water to the sides than down. Breakfast was good (but not as diverse or plentiful as other places we stayed furing this trip) Would gladly stay stay here again (but ideally with better shower heads). "

"The breakfast buffet was pretty good, and the pool looked cool. Besides that, the rest of the hotel was only ok. There was pretty much no room cleaning service, which I actually usually prefer, but in this case I would have preferred to have my waste can emptied daily since you weren't supposed to throw toilet paper down the toilet (this may be a Buzios-wide limitation). Location was good for me since I had a conference at the nearby conference center, but this place isn't close to the city...

"The location of the pousada is great. The staff did the best they could, they are very nice. However the pousada is just not in the greatest shape. We had the master suite, the nicest room in the pousada and even it just wasn't kept up. It has some charm, Ill give it that, and its hard for me to write a negative review.
