"The house was exactly as seen on Vrbo.Right next to the beach. Quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Loved that there were beach supplies and a washer/dryer onsite.A/C works great.Humacao is a great place to visit and this house allows you to be on a much different part of the Island. Would definitely visit againCouple items tomention for the next guest:• Fans on the outside porch didnt work even though we replaced the batteries.• While we were given the acces code for the house the Front entrance gate key should be mentioned to all guests as it could be perceived as the garage door opener."

"Very modern and updated living areas, great amenities and a stunning view! We stayed for my mother’s 60th and had 8 adults and 2 kids under 3. The house and views are great, there’s a market in walking distance with all your essential needs and great food nearby! Lenny was a fantastic host and checked in to make sure we had all we needed. We were greeted with a great welcome basket to really kick off our stay the right way!Note to parents with littles, it’s not the most toddler friendly inside but it’s doable when traveling with a group so someone can have eyes on the kids at all times. However, the outside being completely gated in is extremely toddler friendly!Overall, we loved the house and would stay there again! Highly recommend!"

"We had traveled with my family, and 3 children. This place was absolutely perfect. Clean, comfortable, outside was perfect as it had a pool, grill, large table for our family to sit and eat at after grilling. Kids had a blast & didn’t want to leave. Annie was always a call or text away & answered any of our questions without hesitation. Would stay here again!"

"The house was clean, air conditioners worked great! The kids loved the pool and we walked to the nearby beach to explore but decided not to swim due to the waves and we had smaller kiddos with us. Well stocked kitchen tools/plates/itensils."

"The description and pictures of this beautiful home is exactly how it is described. Looks even better in person and it's so peaceful that I was able to quickly relax and feel like at home. Beautiful place and very private. It's very spacious for my whole family of 11 and still felt big enough that I did not feel crowded with so many people in one place. The beds were super comfortable and bathrooms are very clean. Lots of sitting areas to talk and pass a good time inside or outside next to the pool. Dennis was very quick to respond to my "many" questions as I was nervous because it was my first family vacation with grandbabies and in-laws. He accommodated us with a pack and play for the babies and a highchair which was super nice of him. The beach is a quick walk away. A quick walk/hike to Morrillo an old bunker from World War II that I wanted to see and didn't know it was very close from the home. There is a natural reserve nearby where they have bikes and Kayaks to rent and explore. Not too far from major stores neither. Loved the place and highly recommend it because of the service provided and the very peaceful location. "
