"The description and pictures of this beautiful home is exactly how it is described. Looks even better in person and it's so peaceful that I was able to quickly relax and feel like at home. Beautiful place and very private. It's very spacious for my whole family of 11 and still felt big enough that I did not feel crowded with so many people in one place. The beds were super comfortable and bathrooms are very clean. Lots of sitting areas to talk and pass a good time inside or outside next to the pool. Dennis was very quick to respond to my "many" questions as I was nervous because it was my first family vacation with grandbabies and in-laws. He accommodated us with a pack and play for the babies and a highchair which was super nice of him. The beach is a quick walk away. A quick walk/hike to Morrillo an old bunker from World War II that I wanted to see and didn't know it was very close from the home. There is a natural reserve nearby where they have bikes and Kayaks to rent and explore. Not too far from major stores neither. Loved the place and highly recommend it because of the service provided and the very peaceful location. "

"We had an amazing time in Puerto Rico staying at this property. It was perfect for our family of 10 - great sleeping arrangements with a king and 4 queen beds. We loved the proximity to the beach - a very short walk down the sidewalk and through beautiful coconut trees. Could see the ocean from the balcony! It also came with a tent for the beach which was great for those who got sun burned :) We loved sitting by the pool outside each evening and visiting the excellent restaurants just outside the gated community. We knew this going in, but be aware that this is located about 40-60 min. Away from the luquillo and Fajardo area where many of the popular excursions are located (rainforest, zip lining, bio bay, fishing, etc.) it wasn’t an issue, just be prepared to drive. And the driving was a bit hairy if you’re not from a big city! I can’t speak highly enough of the host, Arturo. He provided great recommendations and was incredibly responsive when we had a coupe of questions! Overall, we really enjoyed this trip to Puerto Rico and staying at this property. Highly recommend!"

"This property and owner are simply fantastic! An easy 1 hour drive from the airport, and you are in the quaint gated community, with your own private beach and far from other tourists. The house is nice and clean, with plenty of room to spread out. There are 4 restaurants an easy 5 minute walk away that you can safely walk to for dinner and drinks in the evening. The family meals are great deals and can easily feed 6. The beach will be all yours and there are nature reserve trails to explore right off the beach. Easy 1hr 15 min drive to El Mar Chicita beach (you must go if in PR), the bio bays, rain forest, etc. Maria responds immediately and her helpers are around if you need anything. We have stayed in San Juan before, and this was a much better experience, and so much more affordable for 2 families traveling together. "This property had everything we needed. From cooking utensils to beach chairs, beach umbrella, life jackets for the kids, games, toys, high chairs, etc. Great salt water pool and outdoor space, including a covered car port to sit under if it’s raining. Location was ideal for our family,close to a grocery store, restaurants and El Yunque rain forest is a short drive. A recommendation from one of the neighbors was to go to the El Hippie waterfall and swimming hole a short 20 minute drive, what a great place and we spent several hours swimming and laying in the sun on the rocks. Also, listen for the ice cream truck. "

"Elizabeth’s home in Humacao had everything we needed for our first time in Puerto Rico. This place was walking distance to the beach and close to a lot of local and delicious restaurants. Her attention to detail and fast response time made her an exceptional host. She even helped plan a beautiful surprise for my wife since we went for Valentine’s Day. If we get the chance to revisit Puerto Rico, we will definitely stay here again!"

"It was perfect! We all enjoyed the salt water pool and the guys loved playing pool every night. The grill made cooking fun and easy. Plenty of towels made it convenient since there was 8 of us. It was absolutely perfect. uys "

"Our House very near the beach in Punta Santiago on the eastern shore of Puerto Rico was wonderful. The accommodations were excellent making for a comfortable stay for myself and 4 friends. All the amenities listed were first rate as was the location. We were close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico with the El Yunque Rain Forest and beaches below in Luqueno about a 40-minute drive away. Access to the home was very easy as was the communications with our host. My friends and I highly recommend the Pillars of the East Beach House. Paul"

"This was a great place for our family vacation to Puerto Rico. With both the upstairs and downstairs units, all nine of us were comfortable and had plenty of room. The pool was a great perk as well as the short walk to the beach and nature preserve. This is a great home base for those looking for something out of the bustle of the north and looking to relax."
