"Pleasant stay at this cozy apt. The location about 10minute walk to the waterfront, shopping on King St and dining . Small kitchen with all the appliances needed to make a small meal. Steps to the bedroom so wouldn’t suggest for small kids or elderly. WiFi is lagging but they do have 2 TVs. Enjoyable stay"

"Very good location and the house was as described. The only issue with the location is it is extremely loud at night with street noise and college kids coming back from drinking. With an older house the noise just comes right in. Everyone was kept awake until the small hours Friday and Saturday. The kitchen needs a bit of restocking (e.g., there is only one butter knife). But overall very good. "

The property is situated a little bit north of all the shopping and restaurants on King, but the weather was perfect and the walk was extremely manageable. In addition, it is very close to Leon's and some other eats. "Loved this home! There were 11 of us and the layout of the home made it easy to hang out. Had we not been busy during our stay, we would have taken advantage of the huge fenced in yard with the firepit and available wood. Clean, cozy, comfortable and Whitney was a joy to deal with. We will definitely be coming back! Also, the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Couldn’t have been more perfect!"

Walking distance to some good restaurants and coffee shops and bakeries, it is near the medical center and College of Charleston.
