"Check in and check out were both friendly and quick. The pay-at-check in grab and go section for drinks and snacks in the lobby was a very pleasant surprise and very handy for evening snacks. The room was comfortable and clean and looked modern. The staff texts to ensure we were happy and everything was satisfactory were a welcomed surprise. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. "

"Rooms were a good size with a large bathroom. We made use of their free laundry. It had easy drivable access to Charleston downtown where there’s plenty of parking for tourists. The hotel restaurant was very handy when you get back late from an excursion."
