"Amazing!! Location is perfect, easy walk to shops, restaurants and other historic attractions. Pool and bar are fantastic!! Bed was super comfy, room spacious and the shower has great water pressure which can be a problem in some hotels. On site coffee shop a definite plus for me as a coffee lover. I must give a huge shout out to Chelsea at the front desk. She went above and beyond!! This girl is a gem!! Highly recommend The Ryder!!"

"We were visiting the area for a few days and the Comfort Inn was perfectly located for our activities. We were able to walk to Patriots Point to take our boat to Fort Sumter. It was a 20-minute ride to Sullivan's Island to go to Fort Moultrie. If you're a beach person, Sullivan's Island has beautiful beaches, but we were also not far from Folly Beach. Of course, we also were only 10 minutes from downtown Charleston, which was wonderful. The hotel also is near many restaurants and this fun amusement business, MIX, with duckpin bowling, an arcade, and they have karaoke on Thursday nights. The room was large and had good amenities like a fridge and a microwave. I wish they offered bodywash, but they had lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. The breakfast was great with many hot and cold options. Our favorite part of our stay was the sweet lady taking care of the breakfast area! "
