"I had a room on the 20th floor with a great view over the old city and Perfume River. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good with egg station and great selection of food. Nice coffee shop in foyer selling coffee and cakes. I ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and the food was good only downside was there is a smoking area on a mezzanine level and the smell was strong. Location is good, next to hotel is shopping malk with some restaurants. "

"Hotel is well located. We arrived very early so rooms not ready but you could leave your luggage and have a shower. Twin rooms were clean with all things you would need. Breakfast was a choice of eggs, fruit, juice and coffee, all good. The staff were a delight, always eager to help and very kind. A great little hotel for the money. Thank you all"

Breakfast was excellent - we especially appreciated the different local dishes featured each morning. As part of our VIP package, we got a wonderful afternoon tea service. A fun perk. We walked to the forbidden city, the market and back. It’s about a 20 to 30 minute walk. "

"Every staff member showed genuine care and concern for their guests. Incredible hospitality all around. Each time we returned from being out and about, it felt like we were coming home. There is construction happening in front of the property and it is truly a shame, but the staff and amenities more than made up for this. Food was also excellent. Would recommend this place 100 times over to anyone visiting Hue. Spa services were also amazing. Thank you Nhi and Nao for your excellent care!"
