"A really nice property with friendly staff who were happy to help. It looks like a lot of tour groups rely on this as a hotel which is a good sign that it’s tried and tested. Really good location and lots of nice cafes and restaurants less than 5 minutes walk away."

"This was a very nice room, however, the windows looked out on a brick wall. I wasn’t expecting that.. The breakfast was good, the staff were wonderful. It’s an extremely busy noisy tourist center of Hue but because we had the brick wall outside our window, we didn’t hear any of it at night! I would recommend this hotel, but another room in it. I looked in some others that were being cleaned the next morning and they were large and wonderful."

"Second time I stayed at this hotel. Both times arrived before official check in but was able to drop off my bags and then super friendly and helpful staff contacted me when room was ready (again ahead of official check in time). All staff throughout my stay provided excellent service, tips on what to do, where to go to eat. Room excellent, clean. Hotel in a quiet street but within minutes of the restaurants and bars/cafes. Would recommend this hotel very much."
