"This resort was awesome as far as hospitality and accommodations.. However, the parking fee $30 a day is unreasonable. Whether you use your car or you don’t valet parking is $30 a day I come from New York Long Island specifically and have never heard of such high rates for parking your car Inches away from where you would retrieve it. I did address it with a manager on site who stated they hire an offsite valet company. I suggest they find another company or hire their own people to do valet parking $30 a day. Unacceptable. In addition to all the other expenses, I travel a lot. I’ve never seen $30 a day for valet parking. What a rip off."

"The step outside of the room just cannot be seen as you are walking out. I did trip twice before I really got it. All that would have to be done is the step extended enough that when you step down you hit a step. Awesome hotel. Great hot tub. Close to everything and truly awesome staff"
