"This was odd. The livestock spend far more much time IN the house than I expected, resulting in much "tracking-in." I sat on the couch once - and it was wet. That was off-putting. They clearly state that they allow smoking and vaping, so that is on me, but I didn't translate that into the intense smoke in the general living area. "The property itself was wonderful. Easy access to the canal. Next door to an ice cream parlor and convenience store. Immaculately clean. The list goes on and on of the positive experiences at this property. Its a 2 minute drive and a 15ish minute walk to the beach. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to spend some time away. Would absolutely book over and over again. "

"The place is cute with gorgeous views (except you can see right in the neighbors living room from the balcony) the tenants were nice but almost all in their late 60s-80s. Not many families so our kids didn’t meet any other kids. Great fishing and can see dolphins on the bay. Inside needs a little work - dishwasher and kitchen sink leaked . Master toilet was wobbly and tub didn’t drain properly. And bathroom door didn’t latch - also a painting was poorly mounted near front door and would get hot...
