"Given it was the "off" season for the area, we couldn't dine in etc. Nevertheless everything about the place was excellent including importantly the price, being appropriate to the circumstances. And we did enjoy our evening meal at the local award winning pub. I heartily recommend this resort."

"Liz was extremely accommodating, quick to respond to our queries. The whole process from start to end was easy to follow.The house was as describe, it was roomy, clean, comfortable beds, had everything we needed, home away from home. Location amazing, secluded, quiet place, no hustle and bustle. If you like peace and quiet next to water, boating or fishing it is a perfect location. Recommendation to purchase your basic needs ie..milk, bread, any food needed when you drive through Mansfield save you the trip back. "

"Family get away to recover from Christmas. Perfect get away from it all, with views to die for and a hot tub on the deck. Also lots of wildlife. Plenty of room with self contained area on lower floor. "

"House was clean stocked and ready house for any length of time with a beautiful view of the Howqua River. Host was great and well informed of the locale area. I would recommend looking into getting fly fishing lessons if you have time. It came with 2 single beds and one double in 2 reasonable sized rooms, 1 large fridge and a bar fridge in a stocked kitchen. Bathroom had a shower/bathtub and a separate toilet room. If you stay up late & with a torch you can see some wonderful wildlife walking around."
