"The house is as advertised on the listing, having ample beds, rooms, and space for big groups to get together and have a great time. We were a group of 12 friends and stayed in January when it was between 0-20 degrees out & snow on the ground, but that was not a negative at all. The property is well maintained, and is stocked with all the necessities (including a diner style coffee maker) that a group would need for their stay. The hot tub was a great feature in the winter, and the pool being heated and indoors makes this a great spot year round. It's very close to Amsterdam, and only about a forty minute drive out to Saratoga where there is plenty to do and its a great place to walk around. Bishoy is an excellent host, he is very responsive with any questions and accommodating to reasonable requests as needed. Would recommended his house in Amsterdam area to any large groups looking to get together. "

"Our family stayed in this nice home during a very cold week in Fort Plain (-3 outside). The house looked to be recently remodeled, was very clean, and had very modern amenities and appliances. The furnace/radiator struggled to keep the first floor warm without space heaters, but the upstairs sleeping quarters were very comfortable with the heating system running and the space heaters provided by the host. They were very quick to respond to the temperature issues, so we slept well during our stay. We were out of the house most of the day visiting family, so the first floor temperature issues had minimal impact to us. Very easy to go in and out of town from the location. During our next visit, if the house is open, we would likely consider staying there again because of how much the host worked with us to make our stay as comfortable as possible."
