"We stayed the last weekend in January for my mum’s 80th birthday celebrations. We were lucky with the weather so used the rowing boat which was great fun. The place was perfect with enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone and everything you could need, including a large fridge and plenty of crockery. Dining room with ten chairs and four large sofas so everyone could be together. Would definitely recommend and will be returning. We also hired a 12 seater boat for half a day from Wroxham Lauch...

"This cottage is in a fantastic setting but is looking a little tired and in need of a good clean and sort-out! The lounge was cramped as old sofa still in place when new ones bought, and also an additional large leather chair seemed unnecessary and made it even more cramped. "

"Absolutely brilliant location opposite Hotel Wroxham. However, property lacked suitable outdoor furniture as it comprised only four metal chairs and a metal table. No umbrella,which was vital for the week in question. Property was reasonably kitted out but we were fed up with banging our head on the numerous low ceilings. Notwithstanding the above, we had an enjoyable week."

"This great property based in Wroxham on the side of the Norfolk Broads had everything that we needed. It was very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. We made many friends with the swans, geese and ducks who visited several times a day for a fee this was wonderful. The village of Wroxham has a wide variety of shops, some excellent takeaways and a green king pub all within a 5 minute walk. "Stayed with friends and kids. Kids enjoyed the boat, didn’t go far but it was a nice touch! Kitchen was really well equipped to cook a full New Year’s Day lunch for the 8 of us, shame it’s already booked for next new year!"
