I checkin at 21.00 and he directly address me by name and went above and beyond to ensure providing anything i might need and ensure im comfortable and happy, unfortunately due to my very short stay in the hotel i didnt needed but good sleep. "My family and I decided to stay here during new year. The room was nice, larger than in the pictures but dimmer than expected. The LED lights inside the room were cool and everything was pretty high-tech, however there was some issues controlling the AC temperature with the iPad provided. "My stay was fantastic. A beautiful hotel. The ambience was relaxing and pleasant. The hotel smells lovely and is extremely clean. I felt at peace. My room was excellent. Nice and spacious.
