"I don’t know about the other units, but the one we stayed was exceptional. Clean well decorated, comfortable beds, sheets, towels.. The pictures don’t do justice, however I was told that units are independently owned so they all look different. I learned the advantage of reserving with Expedia is because front desk can help you more. In our case, we got the keys at front desk. We needed a humidifier, extra towels, keys stopped working. We were glad we were helped immediately. The front desk is super kind and helpful. Michael was super kind. It was our first time going skiing with kids and we will definitely go back to Zephyr (through Expedia)."

"It's the little things that are so often missed. Hooks to hang your gear on, dimmable light in kitchen area. Our room was great and loved the shower (tho it was a little slippery). Would definitely stay with gravity haus again!! "
