"The location is a big plus. It is a residential area 10 mins walk to the Park Guell. The bus stop is a mere 3 mins walk and the Metro 10 mins walk. The city centre is about 30 mins bus ride. There are a lot of supermarkets nearby. Jessica was prompt in her communication and was there to receive us on our arrival. "Property was in an excellent location, only a short walk to the Sagrada Familia. Lots of taxi's available if you need to go further. Casual dining options scattered around the hotel with lots of dining options available on the walk to the basilica. Best part is you can then dine with a view. Staff very responsive via email - when talking in person with staff they may not always be from BCN Stop - and were not as helpful or friendly. "
