"First - let's just say Copenhagen is a great place to spend 5 days. Clean, beautiful, lots to do, great food. We really lucked out finding the Phoenix. Very nice, stately, very comfortable rooms, beautiful lobby. Beautiful bathrooms The staff was very helpful. The location could not be better - near a lot, but not a touristy area. Some very nice restaurants nearby, and great bars. The hotel also offered very nice bikes - which really came in handy. "

"We stayed here on the tail end of our vacation due to its location to the airport. Metro was a short distance away and a VERY short ride to the airport. The room was roomy than I expected. The bathroom was clean and functional. We laughed because the bathroom IS the shower. The workers were pleasant. There was a bar and wonderful patio to sit on. Construction work was going on while we were there (looks like updating the lobby) but it was a very minor issue (you had to use metal grate stairs that are not suitcase friendly). "
