There weren’t enough hangers for us to hang up all our clothes and no drawer space. The room was also too warm. We slept with the balcony door wide open and the air con off and the room was still too warm for us. "We took a family room as we had a toddler and it was very handy to have interconnecting living and sleeping spaces. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good quality. The location means you can access the city centre easily via bus or metro. The (minor) issues that we felt were worth highlighting were the lack of room service menus, lack of fridge to store water/free bottles of water (albeit there is a paid for minibar) and also some slow service we had in the main bar in the lobby.
