"We stayed in the cottage at Tovey Lodge. It was very dated, which was fine, but it was also worn out. The sofa bed needs replacing due to peeling material and the mattress on this was so thin there is no way an adult could sleep on there. Luckily our 7 year old can sleep anywhere. The main bed was uncomfortable with a too small mattress topper which didn't reach the edges and because of this we only stayed for two of the three nights we had booked as we needed sleep. "Stayed for afew days for a wedding, our stay also included New Years eve. The cottage was perfect for the 4 of us with more space than we were expecting. We had a great time playing games and sitting round the log fire talking. The wi-fi was also good which was great for streaming movies etc. The weather was a bit wild when we were there so we didnt get the most from the walks that are on the door step. Good communication from Susie throughout our stay. Would certainly stay again. "

"This house was perfect for me, my husband and my sister. We were at a lunch party on Haying Island and we were able to easily drive to Sheffield Park in the light. The parking was so convenient and the cottage was extremely well equipped, not that we needed a washing machine. I would unhesitatingly recommend it. We tried to set off the dishwasher just the once, but the top shelf was attached by elastic bands and so we didn't risk putting anything there. Had we been going to stay longer I would...
