"I want to start off by saying do not pass on this location. The Codo is great and spacious. Very quiet, clean and everything you need is provided for. Just go food shopping and all supplies are there. I just never figured out how to work the coffee maker. lol. In walking distance to several different restaurants and the convention center."

"We had an amazing stay in Williamsburg! The unit was perfect! Spacious, clean, and well appointed. The beds were especially comfortable. But the service is what really made our stay. Check in was a breeze even though we didn’t arrive until 8:30. My daughter and her friend were starving after the 5 hr trek and the girl at the front desk gave us a great local recommendation. The next morning my daughter and her friend used the hairdryers in the same room at the same time and blew the fuse....

"We had a great weekend and loved the set up of the two condos joined by that hallway. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all basic supplies we needed. Units could def use some updating- couch super worn in one of the units,, drapes and bed skirts look sloppy, could use new carpeting, but didn’t really affect how great our weekend was!"

"This property was one of the few that met our needs for a 4 bedroom for 3 couples and a toddler. We reached all activities in the area with a 20-30 min drive. Shopping was located about 10 minutes away. The resort was very clean and secure, with a 24-hour staffed guard gate. The check-in process was slow, about 40 minutes on Friday ~5pm. The unit was 2 almost identical units next to each other with a central door. We closed the main door and left the unit doors open so family could walk...

"The apartment was great, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I was worried it might be noisy since it faces the street but noise was not an issue. When we first pulled into the back parking lot we thought the area might be a little sketchy but that’s not the case at all. It is a very safe area, lots of young adults walking around in the evening just enjoying the area. We paid to park in the back lot and it was 8 a day- you have to be mindful to keep renewing your space- it only allows...
