We got the room for super cheap and you get what you pay for. It was people yelling at each other in the hallway shortly after we arrived. Just overall ghetto. Signs in the lobby that you have to check in by 5pm or bi refund. I will not take my family there again. Just glad to have survived the one night. "

"I was in town for my nieces Match Ceremony. The hotel is right downtown. Very convenient to the National Theater. Checking in was very quick and easy. It is odd that you must park your car on the street to check-in. The you must drive around the block, go under the hotel into the parking garage, to unload you car into the elevator. Then go to your room. A little scary for a woman traveling by herself and arriving later in the evening. But it all worked out fine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very friendly. "
