"My adult daughter and I recently spent 5 nights at this property. It was a lovely spot, very clean, bright, and private. It was a 20 minute walk to the train station, or a 7 minute walk to catch the bus/train. Download the "City Mapper" app to help you navigate getting around. There is a grocery store near by, and the apartment has a refrigerator, stove top, and microwave to conveniently make meals/snacks if you wish. "ElIne, the owner was incredibly good, giving us travel guidance before we arrived and providing us with lots of local advice about the best places to visit and eat. Breakfast was at a local cafe about 150 yards away and was good, bagels with omelette or BLT with coffee and juice ticked the boxes for me or many other bagel options for those with other tastes. "Beautiful room with excellent facilities. Very handy for the centre of Amsterdam and easy to get to from the airport. Trams every 4 minutes to the centre. Gerry Petra’s husband was great and told us a lot about the area and could not have been more helpful. The house is perfect to stay in in a quiet street right next to Vondelpark. We shall definitely come back and look forward to doing so very soon. An altogether wonderful experience. "
