"Staff are lovely, rooms was clean, carpets need changing or a good clean, facilities was good nice and quiet too, maybe a bed topper for extra comfort would be good. Overall would stay again "

"Booked wrong room due to be partially sighted but was upgraded to executive room, which was better in respect of size but found bed uncomfortable which was strange as stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, bathroom smelt of stale smoke, no extractor fan so everything steamed up, door had strange markings as if rubbed something out and not finished it completely so really disappointed this visit but staff very friendly and helpful cannot fault them at sll"
