"as it says cosy and comfy...beds were super comfortable. it was quiet and homely, took a little bit to work out the shower and couldnt get tv to go, however if they left instructions on both that would help. great pressure in the shower , fridge had lots of little extras in it which would be good if we cooked and a great supply of milk. it had everything we needed and loved the style and bits and pieces in there .eg the record player and games books etc. thanks very much very helpful and...

"The cottage was perfect for our overnight needs. The kitchen was modern, clean and well-stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable and we loved eating a home-cooked meal on the deck. "This property was very unique and a great place to stay, especially after visiting the Hobbiton Movie Set earlier in the day. The rooms did smell a little like “Middle Earth” when we arrived, but the fans were running and the owners were obviously trying to deal with the problem which was much appreciated. "It was just as described but a too small for 4 adults. Great for family for one night. Very close to Black water caves, it was perfect for that. The Fat Kiwi Cafe is a must visit just 9 minutes down the road. Missed a stove but the BBQ was a great improvision. Very cool concept. "

"My family stayed here for two nights. This location is just around the corner from the caves, but is secluded. An excellent place to stay to avoid the crowds. The hostess responds fairly quickly to questions. I highly recommend going on the farm tour if you can - the tour is usually included for people staying at one of the hostess's properties, and includes the opportunity to meet sheep, cows, goats, alpacas, emus, and ostriches.
