"This is a good location for getting the subway or the bus. It's an all women hostel. There is toast and eggs for you to enjoy as a light breakfast. They have 4 individual bathroom/shower room to share which was nice for privacy. They were well stocked with toiletries, towels, and hair dryer. I enjoyed my stay there. "

"The guesthouse was amazing. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was super nice, special shoutout to D who took great care in getting to know the guests and made sure everyone had a good time. Checkin was also seamless with instructions provided before via mail and a guide at the front door. I highly recommend this place to stay and get comfortable in Hongdae!"

"On paper Baroato 2nd should be good. I appreciate the staff helping me a lot, however, as a hotel the overall experience was not that great. The room was in the basement and suffered from awful humidity which meant even with the aircon on dry mode everything was wet - skins, sheets, floor etc. On my final night the humidity was unbearable and I checked out and flew back earlier than I originally expected. "The property was well situated near stations and fun places and the air con worked well and the room was a good size. The reception man was nice but incompetent. The bathroom was mouldy. I didnt like how my room was a thorough fair for staff when i wasnt around. They even took my bags when i was away and put them down stairs in recpetion only 2 hours after i had checked in! "I will start with the only negative, the stairs. It is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. But the owner will assist with getting your bags to the room. The rest, is fabulous. The location is ideal. Steps away from the subway with all the activity of Hongdae a very short walk. But far enough to allow for a quiets night rest.
