"Great hotel to stay in Hongdae. A couple blocks from the main street but plenty of restaurants and convenient stores around. Service at hotel was great. Staff were able to provide with me extra pillows. Only issue was the air conditioner was centrally controlled so I had to open the window to cool down."

"Staff can’t speak English. No service mind. I stay on Dec but don’t have heating (But in the description , write that there is) They have luggage elevator but can’t used. Not recommended."

"The staffs were really friendly and they can speak well in both English and Chinese. I've made a few special requests and they've readily helped me with them. The room was a little small but still pretty cosy and there's sufficient place for me to place all my stuffs. The breakfast they hang on your room door everyday is a delight because I needed to get up early on some days. The location was great and easily accessible. "Great location. Everything you need is just a short walk away. Bus stops are close. Train stations are close. Host is amazing and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Seoul."
