"숙소 위치나 많이 걷는 등의 내용은 이미 알고있었기에 전혀 불편하지 않았습니다. 정원동 배정 메시지를 보고 숲속동으로 변경요청을 했을때도 매우 친절하게 처리해주셨습니다. 다만 방 자체가 외풍이 심하고 보일러를 가장 높게 설정했음에도 밤새 안쪽까지는 바닥이 데워지지 않아 추운 상태에서 전혀 휴식이되는 수면을 취할 수 없었습니다. 힐링을 하러깄던건데 잠을 편하게 자지 못해 만족감이 높진 않네요. 그 외 시설이나 산책로는 깨끗하고 청결하게 관리되고 있었고 식사도 좋았습니다. 계절 때문이라해도 난방은 기본적인 문제일텐데 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 지인에게 추천을 받고갔던건데 저는 추천하지 않을것 같아요."

"스파이용은 절대 하지마시길 바랍니다 온풍기가 너무 오래되서 밤잠 설치게 되네요 정말 시끄럽습니디다 야간에 본 외관은 조명때문인지 이쁘게 사진찍기 좋지만 시설이 오래되어 가격대비 추천 하고싶지 않습니다 주인장님은 친절하여 그나마 다행입니다 암튼 20만원 넘는비용으로 숙박할 만큼 기대는 안하시는 편이 좋을것 같습니다"
