"We stayed with our teenage son. The cottage is great: it's right on St. Charles but tucked away behind another house so there's almost no street noise in the cottage. The cottage has a great kitchen and sitting area and the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The interior designs is cozy and fun. We would definitely stay again!"

"My sister, brother-in-law and I stayed at the Shell House for Thanksgiving this year but also to have a small memorial for my mom who passed away in August. It was the perfect place to be together and remember her and celebrate her favorite place be, the MS Gulf Coast, where she grew up. The place has everything and even though the setting is perfect, and the decor is just beautiful, it has a feeling of "home" and that is what we miss the most about our mama.
