All reception people seems like not knowing about there are VIP benefits. Finally we got upgraded room, then we found dirty tissue inside toilet. But all other things were perfect. "Likes: Interesting breakfast with the option for in-room dining. Beautiful minimalist design. Good size rooms. Environmentally conscious. Friendly staff and service. Onsen. Washing machines, vending machines, microwave, ice maker. Dislikes: Lack of parking (but understandable in a big city). Lots of noisy kids running up and down the corridor late at night after 10.30pm. Lots of kids in the onsen with parents/adults shouting at them to behave. Maybe a special floor for young children...
