"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"The customer service is exceptional. The apartment was lovely it’s a 2bd 2 bath with an elevator. It’s a very walkable area with shopping within walking distance . It’s a 15 min tram ride from Zurich HB. We took advantage of the Zurich card and it worked out for us we visited many museums for free and it covered all transportation within the zones specified on the card . "

"I am 72 years old and was traveling alone. This is my first trip to Zürich. I was very pleased with this property. It is my first time to stay in an apartment, instead of a hotel. The decor is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and functional and had a nice shower. The location is excellent, there are many walkable attractions of Zürich nearby. I always felt safe in this location. Chicken was remarkably easy and clever. Seminar, checking out was a snap."

"Very easy tram access to all important tourist areas. Grocery on the corner. Very comfortable and relatively affordable."

"Stayed in Zurich 2 days before taking train to Paris. Hotel was comfortable, clean, and had very nice views. A few places to eat close by with a local market around the corner. Would stay again."

"Property was rather spartan, not even a bottle opener in the cutlery. And the apartment had a strong smell of stale smoke particularly on one bedroom. The response from management was very rapid but the provision of a reed diffuser did little to assuage the issue despite best intentions. Surprisingly no attempt to refund a portion due to this was proffered."

"When I travel normally I don’t see my email ., so I got a couple of emails from the agency (I saw Them late),. But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,. "Great location as it was a 7-min walk to the HB. Nice lounge area at the lobby and good laundry facilities on L2. A few dining options nearby. Apartment is small with dining area and the sofa bed made for the kids. We had a double in the space next to the sofa and requested more pillows as well. "I found both the staff and the room I stayed at to be excellent. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and fun to talk to. For the price that I paid for the room, I would say it was reasonable for its size, quality, and features. It was also very convenient to have it right next to a train station (that leads you directly to the Zürich Airport) and a tram line."

"Don’t bother looking to stay anywhere else than the Hotel Central when visiting Luzern; it’s conveniently situated a short walk from both the station and Old Town. The staff were all delightful and went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The generous and delicious breakfasts were a great start to the day and it was great to be able to enjoy complimentary (good) coffee at any time. The rooms were perfectly comfortable and very clean - all in all our visit to Luzern was made all the better for staying at Hotel Central. "
