"The room was just about "OK". The surcharge for double occupancy over single occupancy for a double room was unreasonably high. Finally, when we informed the hotel three days in advance that we would NOT be having breakfast on our last morning, they still insisted on charging us for two breakfast, which was very upsetting."

"A poor choice by us. No sense of comfort after a long drive along the Alpenstrasse. Old mis-matched and shabby furniture. I’ve stayed in worst places but don’t remember when. Poor choice of food (breakfast) in cramped dining conditions. Think they were doing their best, but just not a good standard of accommodation "

"The location is quite remote, meaning it’s easy to get by car and a bit more complicated by train. But that’s what I wanted. The rooms are excellent. New and smell fresh wood. Mine had a little kitchen with all the cups, plates and forks. Breakfast - traditional German, no problems. Good coffee and fresh eggs. Very quite. Maybe the only disadvantage is that it’s hard to reserve it and price is a bit high, but it’s so worth it. "

When I was booking the room it was written that room has air conditioning and when I arrived I asked about air condition. I was laughed at by one owner that I requested about it because they don`t have it and they don`t need to have it. When I went down to the reception the wife`s owner asked me if everything is ok.
