"Based on reviews, I expected more, but it was fine. The front desk service started strong—two suited-up staffers (a bit much for a 3-star) were eager to explain everything. Funny thing, though—that was the last time I saw them. I went through the lobby 6-8 times, and checkout was just a drop box. The one elevator was very slow, but the stairs were surprisingly walkable—worth using if you're on a lower floor. I stayed in a suite for two nights, then moved to a standard room.
