"Our room had mold and rust in the bathroom. Room Furniture was very shabby. Guest relations moved us to another room which was better, but not by much. Reception were quite rude and indifferent. Lovely grounds & good breakfast, but not worth the money & we will not be returning."

"Can't fault this hotel, beautiful place, calm and quiet, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We had a dinner and breakfast during our stay and both were very good. Staff and service spot on and I hope we get the opportunity to stay longer another time so we can try out the spa. Thank you for a really good stay."

"While travelling for a sad reason (funeral), Maddie on the front desk was kind and helpful, She took care of some details for us and the entire staff at the hotel were helpful. A great location and clean, quiet room. Breakfast buffet food was good quality."

Holiday Inn London-Gatwick Airport, an IHG Hotel

"This Property is amazing if you are flying from Gatwick airport, the airpot shuttle comes outside the hotel. Breakfast was good and had amazing one night sleep. If you are going to be dropped by someone at the hotel they get guest 15 mins free parking. "
