"La camera è affittata per tutto l’anno ma si sono dimenticati di avvisare Expedia della non disponibilità. Siamo arrivati sul posto e si sono giustificati dicendo che c’era stato un errore, quindi abbiamo dovuto cercare un’altra sistemazione. Ovviamente non avrò mai il rimborso di quanto pagato.
