Not always good

The reception is not so organised, while checking in did attend to others whilst asking us to wait. Also forgot us twice. Left undone promised things. Breakfast is quite average at best. No fresh fruit at all, brought canned strawberries instead. Room downstairs was like sleeping on the highway. Noisy. On the 3rd floor much better. Both rooms spacious and comfortable otherwise. Conclusion : if you can't get a room upstairs, go elsewhere. Don't expect much of the breakfast.Service can be anything from perfect to annoying ignorance.

Отель чистый, новый, персонал приветливый! До достопримечательностей 2-3 минуты пешком. Единственный минус-в окнах большие щели. Окна номера выходили на дорогу, спать было невозможно. Слышно каждую проезжающую машину, мотоцикл, утренних петухов))

We just got back from a couple of nights and the hotel was great. Staff was very helpful and we were able to check in early. Rooms were very nice and good a/c. For being in Cuba, this place was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was also very good.
