Majority of their staff speak little or no English or even understand it. Very hard to communicate with people when they do not understand your language. "Customer Service is very poor. It doesn’t matter to be in a country like Cuba to have a good service and have people feel respected and cared of what have being paid for. Rooms are nice, but no shampoo not enough towels even if asked. Continental breakfast is a lie, cooking is good, but service is the worst. We ordered dinner and they came with something else with no explanation or apologies, when I asked the guy about what we ordered he just said : oh yes, but it’s over. Unbelievable! Nature...

"The hotel is under construction so I can't sleep workers start at 9 am and breakfast is served till 9.30 the pool is empty to go to the night club inside in the hotel you have to pay people is rude the drain in the shower was broken really one of my worst experiences ever in a hotel. "

"La camera è affittata per tutto l’anno ma si sono dimenticati di avvisare Expedia della non disponibilità. Siamo arrivati sul posto e si sono giustificati dicendo che c’era stato un errore, quindi abbiamo dovuto cercare un’altra sistemazione. Ovviamente non avrò mai il rimborso di quanto pagato. Ritengo comunque Expedia parzialmente responsabile di quanto accaduto poiché non è possibile richiedere il rimborso se non 24 ore prima. Questo però è un caso anomalo e come tale andrebbe trattato "

"Tristemente tengo que decir que estoy decepcionada. Mi vuelo tenía un retraso de más de 3 horas y intente a comunicarme con Ustedes, pero lamentablemente no se pudo. Entonces cuando llegue me dijeron que la habitación estará ya ocupada y que era normalmente para 3 días antes, aunque en los papeles de la reservación pone todo correcto.. bueno, para mi es increíble como tratan a la gente."
