The 2 bedroom apartment property is located on the ground floor of the exclusive Sugar Hill Resort amongst beautiful lush gardens, and just steps away from the large lagoon style resort pool.

The 2 bedroom apartment accommodates approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of living space and 1 bathroom. Large outdoor terrace offers further living space with separate dining and seating areas.

Internal living space comprises of a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (including large American fridge/freezer with ice machine, microwave, dishwasher, Smeg oven & hob), breakfast bar, and a comfortable living room with cable/smart tv and WiFi.
Laundry facilities include topload washing machine & separate tumble dryer.


Residents of Sugar Hill Resort have access to all club amenities including;
- 24 hr security
- a central swimming pool
- Club House reception area

Also included in the rental is Beach Club membership at The Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel.

The apartment is well appointed and ideally located in the Sugar Hill Resort which is beautiful, well managed and tranquil. Communication from the owner was very helpful and the membership to the beach club at the Fairmont Pavilion hotel was an important reason for choosing this property. Very convenient. A perfect set up all round.

Perfect Retreat
Having stayed at a number of properties on the island of Barbados this ranks amongst the top. Perfectly formed and just what we needed. Well presented and clean. The clubhouse facilities on the Sugar Hill estate were also excellent. Davina was a lovely host.

This is a lovely apartment, well appointed and well situated.

Lovely apartment set in beautiful gardens. Pools were clean and hardly used which was great. Small gym but set near pool with views of the garden. Excellent clubhouse for drinks and food with friendly and helpful staff

Peaceful retreat
The two of us were joined for 10 days by our daughter and we all had a wonderful time in this cosy apartment which was very well equipped. Wanda was amazing cleaning once a week and was lovely and friendly. We know Sugar Hill so it was a home from home and the position of apt was gt a few steps from pool but private. What we would say is that the white towels could do with replacing and our 2nd set of sheets had old stains on them. However there were loads of beach towels amd having beach access was much appreciated.Thanks for a gt stay

Apartment in quiet immaculate surroundings
We loved staying at this apartment in Sugar Hill. Check in was super easy and communication with the owner & property manager helpful and timely. The property is set in gorgeous gardens with trees and flower beds, which are very well maintained. The apartment is gorgeous and immaculate and we love bed spending time on the terrace and the pool which is a short walk from the terrace. The club house was closed for renovations whilst we were there, so we didn't have the opportunity to try it out. The membership for the Fairmont was awesome if you'd like a day on the beach with a sunbed and opportunity for lunch and drinks (the rum punch will knock your socks off!!) The apartment is close to Holetown for a good selection of restaurants and bars (we ate at the Sea Cat twice and Tides once, both were excellent). Also close to great beaches with Gibbes and Mullins. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again

Fantastic apartment
We had a wonderful time in Sugar Hill. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. There are even some kids toys and inflatables. Spotlessly clean. Good aircon. Sugar Hill is a well maintained and safe complex with great pools and a good restaurant. Decent gym and tennis (hard court and astro with flood lights) included. Also included is access to Fairmount beach club a few minutes by car away. We liked this apartment so much we have booked again for next year.

Wonderful apartment with everything you could possibly need for a brilliant holiday
This was our second year staying at this apartment and again it was a complete pleasure. Communication with the owner from the initial booking process onwards was excellent and the apartment itself is wonderful - certainly one of the nicest we have stayed in in Barbados and we have been coming for over 20 years. Sugar Hill is a lovely quiet place, the staff are friendly and the pools and grounds are beautiful. The Beach Club at the Fairmont is an added bonus. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone - it has everything you need and feels like home as soon as you arrive. Being on the end of the building means that the breeze from the windows and doors is incredibly refreshing.

Great apartment in a beautiful setting
Sugar Hill is a very relaxing, top quality complex with well manicured grounds and an abundance of facilities. The main pool has spectacular sea / sunset views of the wonderful Bajan West coast. We found that the free use of the air conditioned gym was an added bonus to try and offset a few rum punches! This apartment has ample space (we were a family of four) and is extremely comfortable. The outdoor terrace area is a great extension to that space and a very short hop from one of the lovely (large) swimming pools. There are plentiful towels, a good washer & dryer and a fridge with an ice maker, which got plenty of use. We would definitely love to visit again one day.

Wonderful Apartment
Having been lucky enough to have stayed in several apartments in Sugar Hill we found this apartment to be perfect for us both. Having such well stocked kitchen with every appliance you could wish for was a joy for odd occasion we stayed 'at home'. Sugar Hill is the perfect location, the pool just steps from the terrace a great place to relax, the bar a mere stroll away a welcoming area to watch the sunset, the proximity to so may great restaurants and bars a bonus. The use of the Fairmont Beach and Club an absolute dream. Wanda was a gem and kept the apartment spotlessly clean and fresh. Being sad to leave is an understatement - we cannot wait to return.

Escape from the Winter!
Beautiful apartment set on the ground floor with two good sized bedrooms and bathroom.Kitchen was fully equipped and the owner had even thought of bug repellent (found in cupboard)Our housekeeper Wanda was a find and even keep our beach towels fresh for us every week and kept the apartment spotless.Lovely to be able to stroll a few steps to a beautiful swimming pool and to see the monkeys playing in the grounds.Fantastic weather so we spent a lot of time using the private beach card at Westmorland which was a huge bonus.We had the Lone Star restaurant as our place to go for coffee and only minutes away from our sunloungers.A wonderful holiday and very sad to go home.

We have just returned from a magical 9 nights at Sugar Hill. The apartment exceeded expectations, the facilities were great and the reception staff very helpful. The Beach Club membership at the Fairmont Hotel was a huge bonus and much appreciated. Our favourite restaurants were the Seashed at Mullins Beach and The Lonestar . We also visited the local fish market and ate very well in the apartment. We would recommend 111e beach club for the day and live jazz on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. You need to book. Hoping to return next January! Many thanks for a fabulous stay.

Amazing week paradise
This place is everything you could ask for in a vacation home. It is warm and welcoming well equipped perfect for a home base to explore all Barbados has to offer. Nice pools on the property all the staff are very helpful and friendly. Outdoor space is perfect for dining and enjoying family board games to finish off a perfect day.

A True Home from Home
When holidaying we always go self-catering and therefore rent either apartments or villas, few have EVERYTHING you could possibly require for your stay, but B108 at Sugar Hill really does have EVERYTHING! There is no need to take a decent paring knife - it's already there, don't worry about towels or flannels - there's enough to keep you going for ages and if you leave a plug adapter at home - don't worry, they've got those as well! The apartment is also equipped with hairdryer, ironing board and iron, brooms, floor mop and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need. We've stayed in properties that only ever have 1 saucepan and 1 frying pan but this apartment does have a full range of kitchen equipment including a full oven with grill. The terrace is very spacious and equipped with 2 ceiling fans and lighting, so if you want to sit out in the evening and chill out it's perfect, with plenty of seating for everyone. Sugar Hill has 2 pools, one up by the clubhouse and 1 just a stones throw from the apartment, both are ideal for small children and have easy access to showers and toilets. A car really is essential when staying here, unless you want to take taxis everywhere. Sugar Hill is approximately a 5 minute drive, down a steep hill to Holetown, the road is full of bends without pavements, so walk at your own risk! We were fortunate enough to see the monkeys outside the apartment, they roam free across the island and wander in troops, so where you see one a whole lot more are sure to follow! We were a family of 4 staying, 2 children (8 & 5) and 2 adults and we can honestly say we can't fault the apartment, booking process or the wonderful Wanda who takes care of housekeeping aspects. I'm sure we'll be back again!
