"It was a really good experience, with a great room and excellent service from the cleaning staff. My only complaint was that after we claimed our $10 daily credit, which was stated in our reservation, the front desk staff started to treat us more hostilely. But it doesn’t bother me—I’m simply asking for what our reservation states we’re entitled to. There’s no reason for them to get upset about something that doesn’t affect them"

"My family and I visited the area to manage eldercare issues and attend a performance at the Lyric Opera. While a bit removed from the downtown area, it was perfect for accessing the assisted living homes we needed to visit. The ready-made breakfast was great for kicking off busy days and the first floor seating areas allowed for easy family meetings without piling into a hotel room upstairs."

"The location is excellent - brightness to airport and shopping, Also just outside Chicago. The property is well maintained I love the variety in the type notes of a rooms. The Sonests stagf were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to the Chicago area."
